1. Bachelor's (graduate) degree in a IT or related business discipline
2. 1-2 years' relevant experience in account sales
3. Ability to open conversations and close deals
4. Proven track record on achieving sales target
5. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast pace environment
6. Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools...)
7. Good communication skills and skilled at telesales
8. Proactive and team oriented
